Alicia's Baby Shower

So BabyMG is going to have lots of friends to grow up with, and also he will have a special baby girl cousin, Karsyn Jolie!!

My cousin, Alicia and I did everything together growing up, she even taught me how to ride a bike.  Isn't it awesome that she and I are pregnant together? and not just "together" we are due a mere three days apart.

Congrats Cuzo, you already have one precious daughter and now you're going to have TWO!

I can't wait to get a photo of our little Grandma holding Karsyn and BabyMG!  The thought of it brings tears to my eyes.

Sarah's Baby Shower

I am so thankful and excited to be pregnant with one of my bestest of friends, our sons have been growing together, and will soon be fighting playing together.

Sarah's shower was too much fun!  Not to mention that everything she was panicking about that she didn't have yet for her bouncing baby boy, she received.....but there was also homemade macaroni and cheese!!! And chocolate cake!  Now if that doesn't please a couple pregnant gals I don't know what will.

Love ya Sister Mary, can't wait to spoil hold BabyGaddie!!!!

The painting weekend

So remember the adorable curtains (thanks IKEA!) well my Daddy has been down this week and boy has he been busy!  We decided that we could make some awesome paintings to decorate BabyMG's nursery with to match the adorable curtains and bedding set.

Here's my Daddy paining what will soon become a charming lion.

And I'm painting the precious hippo!  Which is my favorite animal for BabyMG's room.  It may or may not have something to do with the way Anthony pronounces hippopotamus!

And what would a painting party be without a yummy snack??  Even grapes and cheese look delicious when my Dad puts them on a plate!

BabyMG Nursery Update...

We have curtains up!!!  My Dad came down for the week and we have been busy getting BabyMG's room squared away.  Tonight we also started the main art project for the room, let's just say it involves a long trip to Micheal's Craft Store and purchase of a WHOLE lotta little bottles of paint.
